Document Storage

Are you running out of space because a quarter of your office is stacked to the ceiling with boxes of files? Need to hire an extra person, but don't know where they'll work? Make some room by contacting us today, and we'll come pack, bar-code, and store the items you don't use every day. 


Procedure:

  1. Schedule a convenient time to invite our pro to visit and coordinate

  2. We'll pick up your unwanted/unneeded items and return them to our warehouse

  3. At our secured warehouse, we'll create and affix bar-coded stickers

  4. Using our bar-code scanners and proprietary application we'll store your items


FAQ

Who will have access to my records?

Upon agreement for our services we ask you to complete forms designating authorized points of contact. In other words, you tell us who you want to have access to your documents/records at our records storage facility.

What billing options do you offer?

We offer electronic billing options including emailed invoices via accounting software such as QuickBooks. If you prefer, we can send a printed invoice to the billing address we have on file. Additionally, we offer the option of paying by phone with a credit card.
